![]() ![]() Wow! what an experience I have never gotten a problem solved so quickly and with an attitude so positive, and willing to take the time to help me with my problem. ![]() sent me an upgraded mother board and a new USB connection along with directions to change them out, I did so and contacted Cutter Pros and again went on remote and set up the new mother board and cutter for my programs. It was the mother board needed to be upgraded to work with the 8 program. wanted to check it out and got back to me the next day with the results. Alas I thought I would have to buy another cutter? I called Cutterpros where I originally bought it about 3 years ago and talked to and, set up a remote and tried to connect my cutter to no avail, it seemed that wdws 8 would not recognize my device. I had a crash on my windows 7 computer and bought a new computer that is windows 8, when I went to install my cutter-plotter it would not recognize it. Overall the customer service from this company is complete garbage, they don't care at all how they affect your business's deadlines, they're shipping is much more than their competitors, and they are completely unreliable. We lost a couple of large rush orders because of this company's incompetence and all through trying to get this order sorted they were rude and unapologetic. They did eventually refund our shipping due to the delay, but it is up in the air whether we will be able to return or exchange the incorrect rolls. All the cutter machines are designed for the rolls to be cored. No other company sends these without them being on a core. We ended up having to buy empty rolls from another company and hand rolling each 10yd roll ourselves. None of the rolls of vinyl we received from them were cored, which caused endless complications in use on our cutter (and would on any cutter). ![]() and despite having even provided a photo and swatch samples to prove it was the wrong items, they argued with us that we had the right items. When it got here only 2 of the 3 items were correct. The remaining three rolls of our order were not shipped for a week and took most of another week to arrive. They partially shipped it and said the rest would be shipped in a couple days. We had to request multiple times for info on our order and didn't get a response until the 5 or 6th email over the course of 4 days. First off our order took 3 weeks to arrive, when all their competitors get orders to use in 3 to 5 business days for the exact same products (even the ones that have to be ordered directly from the factory) and the exact same shipping option. ![]()
